Alexander Daniel Sevcsik was born on April 18, 2001 in Reno, Nevada. Alex was many things; a loving son, brother, and friend to many. He was also an adventurer with a free spirit that took him around the world. A bit of a daredevil, Alex enjoyed exploring new places, meeting new people, and creating ever lasting memories. Alexander Daniel Sevcsik was born on April 18, 2001 in Reno, Nevada. Alex was many things; a loving son, brother, and friend to many. He was also an adventurer with a free spirit that took him around the world. A bit of a daredevil, Alex enjoyed exploring new places, meeting new people, and creating ever lasting memories. Alex's life was tragically cut short on May 31, 2022. While our love for Alex will forever live in our hearts, the lives of those who knew and loved him have forever been changed. We hope this website and the special stone that brought you here will educate you on the dangers that face our teens and young adults, bring awareness to the fentanyl crisis that is happening in our society, and most importantly; keep Alex's adventurous spirit alive!

If you are visiting this website, odds are that you found a unique stone in a very special location. Perhaps it was a beautiful tropical beach, a snowy mountain peak, or even an everyday location that people gather to relax or enjoy precious time with friends and family. The stones represent Alex's gentle soul and spirit of adventure.
This project began with 100 special stones that have been distributed at locations around the world by Alex's family and friends. The stones were left at locations that Alex either enjoyed, visited, or that we know he would have loved. We ask that you take time to reflect on the places you love and those that you enjoy them with. Next time you visit a special place, keep Alex's adventurous spirit alive by leaving the stone for another to find.
